Aerometals is looking to add the following position:

Supplier Relationship Manager

Pay range: $25 - $32 hourly

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm & Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm

Aerometals is looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join our Supply Chain department. This position builds maintains and optimizes relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality cost-efficiency reliability and strategic alignment with company responsibilities include negotiating delivery times monitoring supplier performance and fostering collaboration to enhance overall business in the role requires strong communication and strategic thinking skills.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to:

• Build and maintain strong relations with vendors.
• Monitor existing purchase orders and provide status updates.
• Verify purchase order activities are aligned with scheduled needs.
• Ensure that due dates and delivery dates for materials will be met.
• Be a point of contact for supplier related nonconformances.
• Collaborate with vendors when corrected paperwork is needed.
• Help maintain the approved supplier database by assisting with surveys questionnaires and/or certificates.
• Assist with vendor contracts pricing and areas for improvement for freight suppliers and service providers.
• Identify and onboard new vendors.
• Perform other duties as required by the organization.

Qualification Requirements:

Education: High school diploma

Skills:

• Self-driven
• Well organized
• Ability to multi-task
• Great verbal and written communication abilities

Experience: 2 years in supply chain/vendor communications.

Training: On the job training.
