Life Coach
Hourly Pay Rate:$18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Location:266 S Left Hand Fork Springville UT 84663(Hobble Creek Canyon)
Schedule:
- Thursday Friday Saturday: 7:00pm - 7:00am
- Or:
- Friday Saturday Sunday:7:00pm - 7:00am

At Embark at Hobble Creek our Life Coaches are there at the residence with our clients to help guide and mentor them during those difficult moments. The care and focus that is provided helps the clients and their families move toward a healthy and healing home environment by assisting with communication methods social skills experiential and academic progress.
Responsibilities
- Walking students through their day-to-day activities
- Ensuring alignment with their treatment plan that our therapists create for them
- Relaying any pertinent information over to the treatment team
- Consistent and thorough documentation and reporting
- Crisis prevention and management
- Maintaining a safe environment for clients
- Participate in staff bonding and house bonding activities
- Daily light housekeeping; sweeping cleaning up/putting things away dishes etc.
- Enforcing a positive environment and being a role mode
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Able to pass criminal investigation background check
- Current drivers license
- Ability to effectively communicate and build healthy relationships.
- Ability to set and teach positive values
- Ability to perform CPR and First-Aid.
- Skill in de-escalating agitated students.
- Preferred - One year of experience in a residential setting using relational experiential and systemic modalities.
- Ability to plan implement and adjust to plans accordingly
