Job Summary
The Theater Costume Supervisor is a non-district funded position contingent on fundraised dollars that manages the costumes for both the fall and spring theater performances. They work as a team with the Theater Director and Technical Specialist to support costume design and wardrobe funtions for our theater program.
This position is for thefall play.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assisting/supporting the student costume designer/team for the fall play and spring musical (after-school hours flexible)
- Supervise green room during performances.
- Basic sewing and mending skills for costume construction alterations and repair.
- Laundering costumes (onsite).
- Keeping the green room & costume storage organized.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Spanish
Applicant agrees to assume cost and arrange for FINGERPRINT-BASED CRIMINAL RECORDS CHECK upon offer of employment. ($10-$20 at printing; $66 payroll deduction).
