Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves as a key team member to ensure our customer properties are beautiful safe and well maintained. Our Snow Shoveler Crew Members work in crews to complete snow removal and de-icing. They ensure all jobs are completed in a manner that exceeds the customer expectation.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE
Seasonal position -Benefits:Paid Sick Time Off
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for removing snow and ice from walking surface areas including sidewalks door entries walkways.
- Ability to use snow removal equipment such as shovels
- Ability to perform tasks related to snow removal and de-icing
- Ensures safe and clean work environment is maintained
- Provides excellent customer service
- Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
- Demonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal non-verbal and written
- Communication and behavior are consistent with company values
- Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Continuous walking or riding in a motor vehicle
- Frequent standing bending stooping turning/twisting at the waist and sitting.
- Lifting/carrying - 50 pounds
- Duties are performed indoors and outdoors under all types of weather conditions.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work is performed both inside and outside. Environment includes dust from machinery as well as noise from machines.
