Must-have Skills
Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
6 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise web applications
Strong skills in React and (SSR & CSR) with focus on UX and quality
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest React Testing Library Cypress)
Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Experience with UI component libraries and CI/CD pipelines
Awareness of best practices in:
Security (e.g. OWASP)
Web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals Lighthouse)
SEO techniques
Accessibility standards (WCAG)
