Job Summary

The ideal candidate shouldbe a licensed social worker (or on track to be one) with experience working in a TCU/LTC and have a passion for working with the elderly and their family.

The posted pay range of this hourly position is$24.30 to $ actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors such as FTE skills knowledge relevant education experience and market conditions. Additionally our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Social Work
Social Work licensed in Minnesota
Courteous kind trustworthy and engaging demeanor that is easily detected through telephone
Strong computer written verbal and non-verbal skills with an ability to quickly adapt style to the individual consumer
Strong ability to work within a dynamic fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking and prioritization of duties
Comfortable assisting older adults those with disabilities and working in an environment of diverse cultures ethnicities and backgrounds
Proven ability to think critically analytically independently and within a team with an innovative mindset & an inquiring spirit in order to achieve goals.
