What can you expect in a Physical Safety and Security Manager role with TaskUs:
The Physical Safety and Security Manager is responsible for implementation of the companys environmental health and safety strategies by designing and implementing risk reduction policies and practices.
You will oversee the day to day support for all company operations and locations within your geographic area of responsibility.

You must be comfortable in tense and fast-paced situations applying your critical thinking ability to make sound on-the-spot decisions when faced with crisis and calamities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide necessary training to drive innovative thinking and high-quality technical projectmanagement capability
Ensure your team can apply market knowledge customer insights as well as technicalknowledge - for site project execution and development
Key success indicators for your role is the ability to partner with Operations and senior-leveldecision makers in ensuring that our employees are safe and secure while inside TaskUspremises.
Being comfortable speaking in front of a crowd during crisis situations and the ability to inspire and motivate others to help deepen their levels of ownership and accountability is just as crucial to your success
You must be strategic-minded and dynamic enough to take into consideration safety measures within and outside the perimeters of the workplace.
Submit weekly and monthly reports identifying potential issues and escalating critical issues immediately to management
Attend regular Leadership Meetings and hold regular calibration sessions with your assigned teams - to meet the overarching goal of creating a safe workplace for our Teammates that isfocused on welfare and wellbeing at TaskUs.
Qualifications:
A degree in Criminal Justice Public Administration Business or related subjects
Ability to express ideas analysis findings formulate recommendations etc. by means of clear and effective written and verbal communications
Reliable and trustworthy; previous experience in Physical Security or Public Service.
Excellent interpersonal skills including being sensitive and tactful
Charismatic and passionate about the welfare of people; works well with others in surpassing standards of excellence
Capable of good judgment and critical thinking when faced with actual disasters
Experience with solving complex problems; preferably has had previous experience with actual disaster response
Being physically fit and on the go 24/7 is a Plus!
Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
Excellence in Emergency management in terms of setting the technical direction prioritization and resource allocation
Good business acumen
OSHA certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2 - 3 years experience and background working on Public Safety Red Cross Training or related safety trainings
Have good knowledge of security and environment hazards
