With 34 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and a range of expert-led wellness programsincluding yoga Panchakarma meditation spa therapies and Ayurvedathe resort offers a sanctuary for personalized healing and rejuvenation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across wellness hotel F&B housekeeping and guest services
- Ensure operational excellence compliance and service quality
- Champion guest satisfaction and uphold the resorts wellness philosophy
- Manage budgets P&L cost controls and financial performance
- Mentor department heads and foster team development
- Drive strategic growth and coordinate with senior leadership
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality Business Administration or related field
- 10 years in senior hospitality management (luxury resort/wellness experience preferred)
- Strong leadership financial acumen and team-building skills
- Exposure to Ayurveda spa or wellness operations is a plus
- Excellent communication and guest-centric mindset
Compensation: 12 LPA food accommodation and industry-standard benefits
