Job Description:
The Physical Therapist will provide quality care to patients/clients who have impairments functional limitations disabilities or changes in physical function and health status related to a chronic bleeding disorder.
The UofL Health Frazier Rehab Institute Center for Advanced NeuroRehab provides comprehensive neurological rehab services to patients with all types of neurological injuries or illnesses including brain injury spinal cord injury strokes/aneurysms and other neurological disorders. The Center for Advanced NeuroRehab offers innovative treatment using state-of-the-art technologies designed to maximize functional recovery and independence.
Additional Job Description:
Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):
BS/MS/DPT degree in physical therapy required.
DPT degree preferred.
Valid PT License Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy
Certification
CPR BLS through the American Heart Association.
Experience (required and preferred):
Experience in physical therapy preferred for outpatient positions.
Acute care physical therapy experience required for acute care positions.
