Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary: $78000 - $103000/year
  • Signing or relocation bonuses up to $10000
  • Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9000/year)

Location:

  • This role will support our Southern Colorado Springs/Fountain clinics

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA Certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical programming
  • Provide high-quality supervision to your RBT team
  • Conduct program reviews and maintain documentation
  • Facilitate parent training and meetings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
  • Support RBT skill development
