• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (required)
• CPR & First Aid certification (preferred)
• Compassionate reliable and respectful
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow care plans and provide top-quality assistance

• Personal Care & ADLs Help with bathing dressing grooming and mobility
• Medication Reminders Support clients in staying on routine
• Meal Prep Cook nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs
• Companionship Be a friend a listener and emotional support
• Transportation Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Health Monitoring Observe and report any changes in client well-being
