What Youll Do:
Strategic Support & Development
Contribute to the design and refinement of strategies forKawasan Gerakan Pembaharuin metro areas.
Ensure alignment between local initiatives and Ashokas national and global goals.
Program Coordination
Lead the implementation of the 100 Conversations initiative in new and emerging metro areas.
Co-Lead the implementation of Gaharu Bumi Innovation Challenge & Festival.
Coordinate with local stakeholders to identify and nurture potential changemaker communities.
Network Engagement
Activate and engage Ashokas networks in metro areas through various tools such as Changemaker Index (CMI) Layar Gaharu Your Kids Sessions and many others.
Data & Monitoring
Maintain and update theKawasan Gaharudatabase and dashboard regularly.
Monitor progress and achievements capturing Stories of Change and key lessons learned from each metro area
Communication & Collaboration
Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external partners regardingKawasan Gaharu. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programmatic alignment and shared purpose.
What You Bring:
Youre an empathic listener and possess good interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in managing leading or co-leading big events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
You are intuitive open minded and result oriented.
An ability to work independently proactively or with minimal supervision.
Minimum 3 years of experience (voluntary or paid) in program development and implementation or work in the social sector.
Strong organizational project management and problem-solving skills.
You are highly organized detail-oriented and capable of setting clear guidelines and deadlines.
You preferably have experience in handling a medium to large-scale online/offline event
Comfort managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Personal and professional interest in Ashokas mission with a zest for learning and leveraging the latest trends channels and tools.
Strong interest in accelerating the movement-building ecosystem across Indonesia.
