We are currently seeking aPsychiatristto join our team atValdosta State Prisonlocated inValdosta Georgia.
The Psychiatrist works within a multi-disciplinary team to provide behavioral health/psychiatric assessment diagnosis and treatment for patients in a correctional setting.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
Active and unrestricted medical license or the ability to obtain licensure
Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
Ability to pass credentialing and background check
Available Shift
- Weekdays
- Day Shift (Schedules are 10-hour days/4 days per week)
- Willing to consider remote or onsite candidates
