Location: Sioux Falls SD (Hybrid or Fully Remote) For Remote must be within 4 hours of Sioux FallsSD

They are seeking a Tax Manager or experienced Senior who brings a CPA license and proven strength in tax preparation and review. Industry background is flexiblethe priority is review experience technical accuracy and leadership ability.

Key Responsibilities

Review and supervise federal state and multi-state tax returns for individuals partnerships and corporations.
Oversee and mentor staff on tax preparation and review processes.
Collaborate with clients on planning compliance and advisory needs.
Provide technical review research and guidance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Contribute to a collaborative team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

CPA license required.
3 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
Strong prep and review background with proven technical accuracy.
Ability to supervise and develop junior staff.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
