creation of quality initiatives process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the FC to meet and exceed business plan.
for the overall safety quality and performance and customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.
set and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers.
performance provides feedback and holds Ops Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
the Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.
proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments shifts and among the network.
closely with support staff (HR Finance Facilities Safety IT and other Sr. Operations Managers) to build and secure support and re-sources for projects and initiatives in their area as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.
A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Operations Business or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered manufacturing production distribution environment or related the alternative a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Operations Business or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered manufacturing production distribution environment or related occupation. Experience must include:
1.1 year of experience with performance metrics process improvement or Lean techniques.
2. 1 year of experience with the full lifecycle including interviewing hiring performance management promotions and termination.
The pay range for this position in Sacramento CA is $ 168501 - $182700 (yr); however base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
