Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a dedicated Lead Direct Support Provider (DSP) to join our Residential Services team. This role plays a key part in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or mental health (MH) needs in a group home setting. The Lead DSP not only provides direct care and support but also leads a team of DSPs during assigned shifts to ensure a safe person-centered and engaging home environment.
Schedule: Wednesday Thursday and every other weekend times are flexible.
Additional Details: Schedule may include two weekdays and one weekend day per week with rotation based on program needs.
Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the group home with shift assignments communicated in advance.
