Job Summary
Bilingual Front Office Staff
Full-Time (40 hours weekly)
Saturday mornings (8am-12pm) and occasional evening hours covering Peds Walk-In are rotated among staff.

Keystone Pediatrics provides general and specialized medical care for children and young adults. We are currently looking for an individual to join our growing practice!
Candidate will be responsible for greeting patients verifying insurance updating demographics collecting payments and checking patients in and out.
Must be willing to accept challenges in a fast-paced practice.
Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous medical office setting experience exceptional customer service skills including telephone etiquette multi-tasking tech savvy and computer literate with typing skills is preferred.
Bilingual Skills:Excellent ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written form in the English and Spanish OR Haitian Creole language is required.
