The Role:
Provide planned and reactive maintenance support across the production site
Troubleshoot repair and maintain production machinery and equipment
Work collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams to ensure minimal downtime
Support continuous improvement projects and contribute to efficiency upgrades
Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards

The Person:
Qualified in Mechanical Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience in maintenance engineering within FMCG manufacturing or similar fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose faults quickly
Team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach
Flexibility to work shift patterns
