We are currently seeking a seasoned and driven In-House Sales Manager to lead our in-house sales team in the vibrant Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg market.
Position Summary:
The In-House Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and motivating the in-house sales team to exceed goals while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership a history of high performance in vacation ownership sales and a passion for coaching and developing a winning team. An active Florida Real Estate License is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily sales operations for the in-house sales team
- Coach mentor and develop sales representatives to exceed performance goals
- Conduct daily meetings trainings and team huddles to motivate and align staff
- Analyze team and individual performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies state regulations and ethical sales practices
- Support recruiting onboarding and retention of top sales talent
Requirements:
- Active Florida Real Estate License is REQUIRED
- 2 years of in-house timeshare sales management experience
- Proven ability to lead successful sales teams in a high-volume high-pressure environment
- Exceptional leadership communication and motivational skills
- Strong closing skills and in-depth understanding of the vacation ownership sales process
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- Professional presence with a results-oriented team-first mindset
