Position Overview
As a Project Manager Mechanical Construction you will provide project management leadership across all phases of HVAC construction projects. This includes ensuring compliance with standards budgets schedules and communication requirements while fostering a strong culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee safety compliance and promote a safe work environment.
- Manage contract document review and document control processes.
- Lead and manage scope of work execution.
- Handle schedule management and coordinate field resources.
- Oversee procurement management and vendor coordination.
- Support project estimation activities.
- Manage project financials including budgets and cost tracking.
- Develop build and maintain client and partner relationships.
- Support the sales process with technical and project expertise.
What Were Looking For
Must-Have
- 3 years of knowledge or experience in the building and construction industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems design techniques tools and principles.
- Proven ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
Nice-to-Have
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.
- PMP certification.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- LEED accreditation/knowledge.
