Local: $1184/week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN/LVN to join a healthcare facility in Montour Falls NY. This role is responsible for delivering quality nursing care ensuring patient safety and supporting the interdisciplinary care team in maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Accurately administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Observe document and report changes in patient conditions promptly.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation using PointClickCare (PCC).
Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
Adhere to infection control protocols safety procedures and compliance standards.
Provide compassionate communication and support to patients and families.
Requirements:
Active LPN/LVN license in New York State (or compact state if applicable).
Proficiency in PointClickCare (PCC) required.
Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills.
