Job Description:

To growing team in SAP Center of Exxellence (CoE) we are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to lead and manage various SAP projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP functional or technical areas excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive SAP projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

This position can be fulfilled completely remotely within Europe. We are prioritizing skills and experience over physical work location.

How youll make an impact

Project Management t:Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budgetDevelop project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation .Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Advisory role:Provide expertise in SAP functional and technical areas including SAP modules such as FI/CO MM SD PP and others preferably in S4AHANA projects.
Stakeholder management: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations and business units. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Project communication:Communicate project status updates and issues to stakeholders and senior management
Project reporting:Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance
Continious imprvemnt:Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP CoE

Your background:

Education :Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. A masters degree is a plus .
Area experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on SAP projects. Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical areas including configuration customization and integration. Proven experience managing SAP projects in a hybrid work environment
Soft skills: Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Tools experience:Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project JIRA ServiceNow)
Travelrequirements: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Nice to have:PMP/ Scrum Master or similar project management certification knowledge of Azure DevOps
