Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Be responsible for mechanical design and technical specifications of all the CECO products review design drawing strength calculation and check list
- Complete the design of various products be responsible for the quality of the drawings and design documents
- Draft processing documents and be responsible for the quality of process documents
- Help designers solve common technical problems in the design if necessary
- Support production line to solve technical issues found in work site
- Assist to solve technical issues found in project execution processes.
- Assist Sales team with primary quotations in designing documents vessel thickness calculations weight estimations plan drawings and so on.
- Assist Project Team to drafting installation instruction documentstravel on site to provide technical guidance when necessary.
- Clearance of customers technical concerns in technical meetings with customers.
- Other assignments as company and/or supervisor required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or above in Mechanics or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in environmental protection equipment or related fields
- Familiarity with the manufacturing process and technical standards of pressure vessels and metal structural parts
- Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management System
- Proficient in AutoCAD SolidWorks Pro/E Creo and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience with ISO14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) systems
- Familiarity with GB and ASME standards for pressure vessels
