Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Assembly Advisement Workplace Coach (Level 4) to support the Integrated AeroStructure (IAS) Team in Auburn WA. This position is for 2nd shift.

In this role you will partner with our fabrication teams to ensure individuals are properly trained and follow procedures according to Boeing standards.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

  • Analyzes and interprets data

  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies plans and metrics to achieve business objectives

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

  • Works under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Auburn WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 years of experience in Aerospace Assembly and Fabrication

  • 5 years of experience assembly work

  • 3 years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace

  • 3 years of experience mentoring coaching guiding and leading teams.

  • 3 years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions reading and interpreting blueprints drawings or specifications.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10 years of experience in Aerospace Assembly and Fabrication

  • 5 years experience with the Boeing Production System

Shift:

This position is for 2nd shift.
