Job description
The role can based in Germany (Mannheim) The Netherlands (Panningen) or our HQ in Belgium (Brussels) and will require up to 30% of travel across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage product (includes services systems and solutions) portfolio and life cycle in line with the segment and category strategy (product launches price setting value pricing margin optimization cost optimization make-or-buy decisions vendor management promotions harmonization rationalization...)
- Build application and product knowledge and propose changes to the product portfolio
- Train and provide technical application product and solution support to Sales
- Understand market trends customer and stakeholder needs and capture the Voice Of the Customer conduct competitor analysis
- Build innovation pipeline and interface with IPD and Engineering for new developments
- Track category performance and recommend corrective actions
Requirements
- University degree in disciplines related to Engineering and/or Business Administration preferably.
- High Experience in assessing customer needs
Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B(2C) product and solutions
industry - Knowledge of electrofusion and/or mechanical joints are strong plus
- Experience working in complex international and multi-stakeholder environment
- Fluent in English German and French are nice to have
