Job Summary
Join a high-performing team of experienced recruiters specialising in Mining Maintenance.
Were looking for a driven recruiter with proven 360 contractor desk experience to step into a well-established Mining Maintenance division. Youll be joining a close-knit team of three experienced consultants leveraging strong industry knowledge reputation and relationships to grow this space further.
This is a warm desk with excellent opportunities from building on existing client partnerships to developing new business and increasing wallet share. Its the ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (contractor focus)
- Building and strengthening client and candidate relationships
- Growing business opportunities with existing clients and developing new accounts
- Delivering a reliable professional and people-first service

- Proven 360 recruitment experience on a contractor desk
- Strong track record in client development and contractor management
- Confidence managing multiple roles in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A people-first mindset you value building trust and long-term relationships
- Bonus points for experience in mining trades or maintenance recruitment
