As a Transactions Specialist I in Plastic Personalization you will be responsible for running machines to process credit cards for our customers. Each day you will clean out your machines prepare your area stack trays of cards onto carts check the quality of the products as they are running and balance each job as they are completed. Personalization operators must have the ability to multi-task move at a fast pace and be very detail oriented.
Job responsibilities:
- Lift 40-70 lbs and deliver 200 lbs supplies utilizing industrial pull/push carts.
- Work overtime as production demands.
- Stand and walk for an 8-to-10-hour shift.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Adapt to changes in the work environment including daily directives from leadership changes to standard operating procedures and new technology.
- Collaborate as a team-oriented member with solid interpersonal skills.
- Foster daily positive internal and external interactions building upon team-driven success.
- Prioritize assigned work daily based on client Service Level Agreements.
- Participate in and maintain departmental work area maintenance (5S).
Required qualifications skills and capabilities:
- Detail-oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Production environment focus on meeting deadlines
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Alpha/Numeric data entry and typing skills with excellent accuracy
- Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
Work Schedule(s):
2nd shift Sunday to Thursday 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm
10% shift differential
This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
