What Youll Do:
Provide compassionate evidence-based counseling and case management to individuals on their path to recovery from substance use disorders.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
- Perform comprehensive intakes assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide patient education on chemical dependence and the recovery process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate aftercare and support long-term recovery.
- Manage patient cases to ensure seamless high-quality and personalized care.
What You Bring:
- Education: Masters Degree in a clinical discipline (Social Work Clinical Psychology Counseling Rehabilitation Counseling).
- Licensure: Must be license-eligible for LICSW or LMHC. Licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC-I) or eligibility is highly preferred.
- Experience: Knowledge and experience in addiction recovery and/or medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
- Skills:
- Strong group facilitation skills.
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity.
- Excellent communication time-management and organizational skills.
- Requirements: Ability to travel locally up to 30% of the time.
