Job Description
The Guest Service Supervisor at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth operations
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Train new employees on hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of (2) years hotel/resort experience preferred
- Minimum of (1) year of supervisor role experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel system Opera
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
