What Youll Be Doing
As a Residential showing Agent youll make sure prospective renters have a smooth and memorable experience from start to finish. Youll handle the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps things moving while also being the friendly knowledgeable face that prospects remember.
Think of yourself as the link between people and properties: youll schedule tours answer questions keep listings fresh and make sure every move-in is ready to impress.

What Youll Do
- Coordinate property showings and follow up with prospects
Keep property listings current with updated photos and details
Respond quickly to inquiries - phone email or text - and keep communication clear
Walk properties before move-ins to make sure everything is ready
Be a resource for prospective renters answering questions with confidence
Partner with the leasing team to keep the process organized and efficient
- Always work with transparency and stay aligned with Fair Housing standards
What You Bring
1 year of leasing rental or property management experience (3 preferred)
A valid Illinois Leasing Agent License (No license yet No problem-well reimburse you when you get licensed after starting with us!)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear professional communication (you know how to connect with people)
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Ability to work in-office in Roselle IL Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
A dependable proactive GSD mindset - you dont just check boxes you own results
