Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient-centered clinical care within the specialty area.
Provide expert consultations and lead multidisciplinary team discussions.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
Stay updated on advancements in the field and integrate evidence-based practices.
Contribute to departmental strategy and development.
Requirements
Qualifications - Western training: American Board/ UK CCT/ Australia or NZ Royal College Fellowship/ Western European Specialisation Board.
Experience: 3 to 5 years post board or specialisation certification experience depending on country of origin to qualify for Consultant with the Saudi Council
Licensure: Eligibility for registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) at Consultant level.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic is necessary.

Responsibilities:
Testing and diagnosing patients.
Performing bone marrow aspirations for the detection of blood disorders.
Conducting physical examinations and analyzing a patients medical history.
Studying lab tests CAT scans and MRIs for a more accurate diagnosis.
Analyzing blood samples and identifying white or red blood cell abnormalities.
Treating diseases such as anemia hemophilia or leukemia.
Prescribing medications or dietary advice.
Administering chemotherapy for the treatment of lymphoma or leukemia.
Treating blood-clotting disorders.
Maintaining detailed records of patients health.
Analyzing patient historical data and using data to make informed decisions.
Using physicians notes and recommendations when patients are referred to them.
Potentially performing surgical operations.
Consulting with other medical professionals in difficult cases.
