Millwright

Location: Windsor ON
Shift:

• Monday Friday
• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

Wage: $39-$50/HR - depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly install inspect replace and repair machinery to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment including minor electrical repairs and welding tasks
• Retrieve parts as needed using the maintenance van (personal vehicle may be used; mileage reimbursed)
• Adhere to maintenance schedules and suggest improvements to optimize cost quality and service; report any irregularities to the supervisor
• Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical code specifications for industrial equipment installation
• Install inspect replace and repair electrical wiring receptacles conduits switch boxes feeders lighting fixtures and other electrical components
• Maintain repair test and install electrical motors as well as hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
• Consistently follow proper lockout/tag-out procedures to ensure safe operation of all machinery

Requirements:

• Red Seal Industrial Millwright - 433A certification
• 2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
• 2 years of experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Must have own tools
