Job Summary
Location: Windsor ON
Shift:
- Monday Friday
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Wage: $39-$50/HR - depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly install inspect replace and repair machinery to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment including minor electrical repairs and welding tasks
- Retrieve parts as needed using the maintenance van (personal vehicle may be used; mileage reimbursed)
- Adhere to maintenance schedules and suggest improvements to optimize cost quality and service; report any irregularities to the supervisor
- Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical code specifications for industrial equipment installation
- Install inspect replace and repair electrical wiring receptacles conduits switch boxes feeders lighting fixtures and other electrical components
- Maintain repair test and install electrical motors as well as hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
- Consistently follow proper lockout/tag-out procedures to ensure safe operation of all machinery
Requirements:
- Red Seal Industrial Millwright - 433A certification
- 2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
- 2 years of experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Must have own tools
