Job Summary
Were seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Loan Officer with at least 1 year of experience to join our clients growing this role youll guide customers through the mortgage process build lasting relationships and help them achieve their homeownership goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate residential mortgage loans and assist clients throughout the loan process.
- Evaluate loan applications and ensure compliance with lending regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with realtors builders and other referral sources.
- Stay current on mortgage products underwriting guidelines and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage lending or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage a pipeline.
- NMLS license required or ability to obtain.
