What you will be doing:

Prepare monthly management accounts and client reports
Manage billing tenant adjustments accruals and financial data accuracy
Review and release authorised payments
Lead and support finance team members
Assist with acquisitions disposals and due diligence processes
Prepare budgets forecasts tax calculations and annual financial statements
Manage auditor relationships and oversee audit processes
Compile board risk and compliance committee packs
Oversee supplier contract renewals and procurement sign-offs
Ensure compliance with financial policies VAT submissions and SARS requirements

What we are looking for:

Recently qualified CA(SA) (first-time board exam passes preferred)
Strong academic record and proven practical work experience
Highly organised detail-oriented reliable and adaptable
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team
Experience with MDA Property Manager advantageous
