What you will be doing:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and client reports
- Manage billing tenant adjustments accruals and financial data accuracy
- Review and release authorised payments
- Lead and support finance team members
- Assist with acquisitions disposals and due diligence processes
- Prepare budgets forecasts tax calculations and annual financial statements
- Manage auditor relationships and oversee audit processes
- Compile board risk and compliance committee packs
- Oversee supplier contract renewals and procurement sign-offs
- Ensure compliance with financial policies VAT submissions and SARS requirements
What we are looking for:
- Recently qualified CA(SA) (first-time board exam passes preferred)
- Strong academic record and proven practical work experience
- Highly organised detail-oriented reliable and adaptable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team
- Experience with MDA Property Manager advantageous
