Job Summary
Introduction
ACCOUNTS CREDITORS CLERK (FMCG/RETAIL)
KEMPTON PARK JOHANNESBURG GAUTENG PROVINCE
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salary on Offer:between R8 000 R16 000 CTC per month (including benefits)
- Available immediately ADVANTAGEOUS
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification ADVANTAGEOUS
- Minimum of 3 years in role of Creditors Clerk (full Creditors function) ESSENTIAL
- Specific experience in EXPENSE CREDITORS & TRADE CREDITORS ESSENTIAL
- Industry experience and exposure within the retail / fmcg industry
- Must have excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans
- Highly experienced on
- Computer proficiency:MS Office Excel Adv accounting packages SAP ESSENTIAL
- Duties include:weekly payment proposal runs system reconciliation of accounts statements General supplier queries and contact with suppliers Creditors ageing blocking of invoices remittance advices Assisting capture clerks in various branches general filing & administration
- Strong numeracy and computer proficiency skills
- Own reliable vehicle & valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements)
- Reside in close proximity to offices in Kempton Park Johannesburg
- Contactable work references and excellent work history required

- Statements
- General supplier queries and contact with suppliers
- Creditors ageing
- Blocking of invoices
- Remittance advices
- Assisting capture clerks in various branches
- General filing & administration
