Our client in the mobile communications sector is seeking a Change Manager on a contract duration of 6 months.
Job Purpose:
The Change Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all changes ensuring minimal disruption to IT services and business operations. This role ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes enabling beneficial changes to be made with minimal risk.Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration or related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification (ITIL Intermediate or Expert preferred).
- 5 years of experience in IT Service Management with at least 2 years in Change Management.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow BMC Remedy).
- Strong understanding and practice of Incident Problem and Change Management process in a IT environments and service delivery models.
