Job Description
Activities Supervisor will assist the Activities Director in all event management duties for all activities during the season specficied. An Administrative License through the BOEE is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities (may not be all inclusive):
- Facility opening and closing
- Scheduling of event workers
- Set up of ticket taking and management of gate operations
- Event set up - i.e. facility entry and exits scoreboards sound etc.
- Communication with administration coaches community etc.
- Officials management - i.e. meet & greet escort to proper location assist with needs throughout the event
- Assists teams/groups with organization and supplies
- Works with event security to manage events
- Works with Booster Club/concession to manage events
- Other duties as assigned
