About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for an experienced Registered Nurse Manager (RGN RMN or RNLD) to lead a nursing and dementia care home in Worthing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven nurse leader to shape high-quality resident care supported by a strong senior management team and a committed on-site staff group.

The home is well-established offering specialist nursing and dementia care in a warm homely environment. As part of a wider group with services across the South of England youll have access to excellent support and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate mentor and develop the nursing and care team.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain full CQC compliance and uphold clinical governance standards.
• Operational Management: Oversee staffing budgets occupancy and daily running of the home.
• Promote Quality Care: Ensure robust care planning assessments and safe admissions to support person-centred care.
• Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with residents families and external professionals.

Candidate Requirements

• Active NMC PIN (RGN RMN or RNLD).
• Previous management experience within a nursing home setting.
• Proven track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
• Strong leadership communication and organisational skills.
