Werde unser Head of Marketing (m/w/d) im Sales & Marketing Team. Und wenn du bei uns Marketing neu denkst - mit Verantwortung Vision und Wirkung - nennen wir dich vielleicht schon bald unseren Master of Marketing (m/w/d).
Was dich bei uns erwartet:
- Du entwickelst Kampagnen von der ersten Idee bis zum Launch gemeinsam mit dem Sales Team und Partnern wie Microsoft
- Du denkst unsere Marketingstrategie weiter und setzt auf Revenue Marketing und datengetriebene Anstze
- Du schrfst und entwickelst unsere Marke kontinuierlich weiter
- Du arbeitest strategisch und operativ im Verhltnis 60 zu 40
- Du bernimmst die Fhrung und Weiterentwicklung von zwei Kolleginnen
- Du organisierst virtuelle und physische Events
- Du analysierst Aktivitten erstellst Reportings und steuerst Budgets
- Du entwickelst unseren Marketing Tech Stack weiter und setzt moderne KI-Technologien ein
Your profile
- Du bringst mindestens sieben Jahre B2B-Marketing-Erfahrung in der Digital- Software- oder IT-Branche mit
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Revenue Marketing datengetriebenen Strategien und Brand Management
- Du entwickelst kreative Initiativen die Leads generieren und Wachstum treiben
- Du beherrschst Tools wie Microsoft Dynamics HubSpot Google Analytics Power BI und HeyFlow
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit konzeptioneller Strke und Hands-on-Mentalitt
- Du bringst Energie Kreativitt und eine Glas-halb-voll-Mentalitt mit
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch
