The ideal candidate will have:

1 year hotel/building maintenance knowledge.
Able to troubleshoot and conduct preventative maintenance independently.

What will I be doing
As a Maintenance Technician you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry plumbing electrical work painting andHVAC work.
Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including but not limited to guest rooms public space and heart-of-house areas.
Troubleshooting and repair hotel equipment facilities and systems including HVAC and electrical.
Performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and meetings spaces.
Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and general areas including pool.
Diagnosing potential problems within the building.
Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
