Job Description
This is an 18-month temporary fixed term position.

- Interface with construction primes to ensure engagement with municipalities
- Coordinate municipality updates being provided on a regular basis and ensure any specific municipality communication requirements are met
- Respond to general inquiries received via email or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate municipal access fees make ready and letters of credit
- Maintain underlying rights logs
- Develop relationships with various external stakeholders
- Performs general administrative and recordkeeping functions to ensure project specific quality management information is readily available
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and service compliant resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages in a clear and compelling manner
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of precision of data and accuracy in any deliverables
- Ability to work efficiently in a high demand team oriented and fast-paced environment
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite with high proficiency in Excel
- Ability to interact well with a diverse group of internal and external individuals
- High standard of performance ability to deal with ambiguity and complexities
Working Conditions:
- Office based position
- Temporary fixed term position
Compensation
$48 000 - $66 000 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience knowledge skills education and location.
