SAP SuccessFactors System Specialist permanent opportunity

About the role

We have a vacancy for an SAP System Specialist to assist with daily support and implementation of improvements for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our SAP solution meet the needs of the business and are aligned with our strategic goals. You will gather information and translate this information to solutions including configuration testing and deployment.

This is a full-time role based in the Melbourne CBD (4 days in the office 1 work from home) reporting to the Senior Manager Business Systems.

About you

You will have proven experienced in SAP Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll Implementation and support together with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills working with stakeholders to resolve issues to meet business needs. You will enjoy working to tight deadlines as part of the HRIS Team.

Skills and Experience required

Demonstrated experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll in a HR environment.

Strong technical skills in SAP payroll systems.

Experience managing twice-yearly SAP releases doing the impact analysis of the changes and work with the business to implement them.

Experience leading or contributing to HRIS implementations upgrades or process redesigns.

SAP System Administration experience to support the maintenance of Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on multi-tasking and prioritising conflicting priorities.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.

A proactive analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.

Proficiency in a range of computing skills and HRIS software.

A proactive approach with demonstrated examples of initiative problem solving and professionalism.

Strong communication and relationship building skills.

Proven experience in end-to-end project management of HR initiatives.

SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Certified.

Tertiary qualification in HR is desirable.

Desirable: knowledge of complex awards and agreements.
