Whether youre seeking part-time flexibility or a full-time position this role is ideal for an experienced FNP passionate about community health preventive care and delivering equitable healthcare in a welcoming outpatient setting.
What Youll Do
- Provide compassionate primary care to a diverse patient population
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform physical exams and wellness screenings
- Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy living
- Develop individualized care plans and prescribe treatments
- Collaborate with care teams and refer patients as needed
- Document care efficiently using EHR with support from scribes and medical assistants
What Were Looking For
- Masters degree in Nursing (APRN)
- ActiveFamily Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licensein New York
- DEA certification with prescriptive authority
- Spanish language skills preferred
- 12 years of Primary Care experience preferred
- Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
