Stefanini is looking for Tax Coordinator for Wilmington DE location.

100% onsite (must live within an hour of the job site)

Project duration: At least 2000 Hours from projected start date

Interview Mode: Teams

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to join our team in an in-office capacity. This role is responsible for the reviewing and processing of various tax-related filings including:

Personal Income Tax Returns.
Withholding Tax Returns.
Gross Receipts Tax.
Business Licensing Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately review and process submitted tax documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Communicate with individuals or businesses regarding discrepancies or additional documentation.
Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processing workflows.

Skills:

1-3 years of experience with tax software system (will be using an internal system and they will be taught on it.).

Requirements:

Prior experience in tax processing or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in relevant software systems and tools.
Must be available to work on-site only.

Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience qualifications and local market. Also some positions may include bonuses or other incentives.
