What Youll Do
As the Clinical Laboratory Manager youll partner with the Laboratory Director to ensure our lab operates at the highest standards of quality efficiency and compliance. Youll balance hands-on technical knowledge with strong leadership and organizational skills to keep daily operations running smoothly and support the growth of your team.
- Oversee daily laboratory operations and workflow to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Implement and monitor lab policies procedures and quality control standards
- Support operating and capital budget planning while managing resources responsibly
- Develop and maintain staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage across shifts
- Assist with hiring onboarding training and mentoring laboratory staff
- Provide input on staff performance evaluations and professional development
- Work alongside staff on the bench performing testing and supporting day-to-day lab functions
Who Were Looking For
- Completion of a two-year associate degree program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Bachelors of Science in Medical Technology or equivalent is required.
- Must beASCP / AMT certified or equivalent.
- Must have an American Heart Association approvedBLS card within 3 months of initial employment and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment.
- One-year supervisory experience required.

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
