**Role and Responsibilities:**
As an Operations Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our daily operations to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service. You will:
1. **Team Leadership and Development:**
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated operations staff fostering a culture of collaboration growth and accountability.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive employee development and enhance productivity.
2. **Operational Efficiency:**
- Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve service delivery.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance.
3. **Resource Management:**
- Manage resources effectively including scheduling equipment allocation and workforce planning to meet customer demands while maintaining operational cost-effectiveness.
4. **Customer Experience:**
- Ensure a superior customer experience by implementing best practices in customer service complaint resolution and service quality assurance.
5. **Compliance and Safety:**
- Uphold and enforce safety and compliance standards to create a secure work environment for all employees and maintain regulatory compliance.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in operations management or a related role within the waste management or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- CDL Class A or B (Required)
- DOT Medical Card (Required)
- Driver History Report (MVR Required)
