Job Summary
The Head Womens Flag Football Coach administers all aspects of the Womens Flag Football program and support the academic athletic and personal development of the team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assist with developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan for launching the program. This includes promoting the program through events media and community outreach to increase visibility and support. Lead the Womens Flag Football team during practices competitions and training sessions focusing on skill development teamwork and achieving national competitiveness. Develop recruit and retain student-athletes committed to academic and athletic excellence while fostering a positive and disciplined team culture. Supervise mentor and develop a staff including full-time part-time and volunteer personnel. Oversee daily program operations including budget management travel planning scheduling organizing camps/clinics and compliance with all regulations. Represent the Womens Flag Football program in community events public appearances and fundraising initiatives to enhance program visibility and support. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree. Three (3) years experience within a collegiate or high school football/flag football coaching setting any other combination of relevant education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree. Three (3) years womens flag football head coaching experience. Demonstrated success in recruiting program development and mentoring student-athletes.
Work Schedule
Non-traditional hours to include some nights and weekends working outside in different weather situations recruiting and competition related travel (by bus car air).
