Our client is seeking a P&C licensed dedicated and proactive Personal Lines Producer.

Qualifications
- P&C License
- Relevant industry certifications
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial situations.
- Analyze various insurance policies to determine the best coverage options for individual clients.
- Stay informed about insurance products coverages and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Generate leads through networking referrals cold calling and other sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare insurance quotes for clients explaining coverage options and premiums in a clear and understandable manner.
- Sell personal lines insurance policies including auto home renters and personal property insurance to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Facilitate the issuance of insurance policies ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support and customer service to clients including policy changes claims assistance and renewal reviews.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions policies sold and any other relevant information.
- Stay updated on industry regulations new insurance products and changes in the market through ongoing training and education.
