Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in Pasadena MD. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner following recipes and presentation specifications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including chopping vegetables and butchering meat
- Cook food according to recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
