Job Description
Visions Staffing is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Foreman to oversee day-to-day operations for a great company in Montebello. This full-time role requires 510 years of machining experience including at least 23 years in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate machine operators and train and mentor team members.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to operators.
- Plan and schedule jobs to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with blueprints specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- 510 years machining experience; 23 years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of manual machining (mills lathes grinders).
- Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
